Does the AI tutor need learners' names or email addresses?
No. Learner sessions are scoped to their organisation and to a pseudonymous reference, so the service is designed not to rely on names or email addresses where a pseudonymous identifier is enough.
Is one organisation's data visible to another?
No. Each organisation's sessions are scoped to that organisation, and administrative functions are protected separately from learner access.
